Revenue collection will continue: Sonowal

Guwahati, May 28: Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal today said though the government has ordered closure of the illegal check-gates, revenue collection will not stop. "We have to generate revenue. If more funds come to the State exchequer, more benefits people will get. But the collection should not be illegal. People of the State have been up against such illegal collections," he said.
