GUWAHATI, July 18: Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi will be on a two-day visit to Guwahati from Monday. The child rights activist and founder of Bachpan Bachao Andolan, during his stay here, will attend two programmes, including one at the ITA complex at Machkhowa, to be hosted by the Krish Kanta Handiqui Open University. Besides meeting the Chief Minister and Governor, Satyarthi will attend a function organised by the Assam State chapter of the Indian Psychiatric Society on the issue of 'Care and Respect For Children' at the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra on Tuesday.
