Guwahati, May 29: Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal has asked his council of ministers to come up with a 100-day action plan for their respective departments. Accordingly, the ministers have asked the departmental heads to prepare their road-maps. Minister Keshav Mahanta said his Science &Technology department did not have any vision so far. "I have asked the department to prepare an action-plan," he said.
