Trader held in lime scam

Guwahati, Sept 28: The State CID today arrested businessman Basant Agarwal, the proprietor of M/S BCM Enterprise, in connection with a lime supply scam. Sources said Agarwal had supplied lime to the Agriculture department in nine districts at exorbitant rates which were even higher than the market rates.
