Whither CM's white paper?

Guwahati, Nov 23: Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, who has not missed an opportunity to slam the BJP-led Central government, has himself slipped up on his assurance that he would publish a white paper on Central funds to the State.

Gogoi had earlier announced that he would come up with a white paper on the funds released to the State in the last few years and their utilization by the State government.

Questions are now being asked as to why has Gogoi has not come up with the promised white paper, instead of blaming the Modi government right and left.

If the Chief Minister comes up with a white paper, and if the Central government corroborates it, it will be easier for the people of the State to accept his claims.
