18 deaths from COVID across Assam

GUWAHATI: Altogether 18 persons succumbed to COVID-19 infection across the State on Tuesday. This is the highest-ever single day COVID casualty in the State so far. Meanwhile, of the 3,132 new cases of infection detected, the maximum number of 1,313 cases was reported from Kamrup Metropolitan district.
