40,000 more jobs by May 20: Finance Minister Ajanta Neog

GUWAHATI: Finance Minister Ajanta Neog informed the State Assembly today that the Government would provide government jobs to 40,000 more youths between May 10 and 20, 2023. She said that the government has already provided government jobs to 41,000 youths in the state.

“We will keep our commitment of providing jobs to one lakh youths in the first year to the letter. The process is taking time as we are appointing the youths in a transparent and clean way.”
