42 die of COVID-19 in Assam on Monday, 164 new cases reported in Kamrup (M)

GUWAHATI: Forty-two people died of the COVID-19 in the State on Monday when 2,689 new cases were detected. The positivity rate in the State during the day was 2.01 per cent. As many as 1.33 lakh people were tested in the State on Monday. In Kamrup (M) district, 164 new cases were detected.
