GUWAHATI, March 17: The Assam Government on Saturday promoted seven APS officers to the rank of SP. Those promoted are Hiranya Barman, Dharmendra Kumar Das, Debashish Sharma, Anil Kumar Sharma, Utpal Bhuyan, Sushanta Biswa Sarma and Dr Sadique Ali Ahmed.
