Assam COVID graph: 1,275 fresh cases detected, positivity rate 0.72%

GUWAHATI: As many as 1,275 fresh COVID-19 cases were detected in the State on Monday when 19 people died of the pandemic. While the positivity rate in the State during the day was 0.72 per cent, the recovery rate was 96.88 per cent. The highest number of positive cases was 209 in Kamrup Metro district. It was followed by Golaghat with 106 cases, Lakhimpur 62, Kamrup (R) with 69 and Nalbari with 58 cases.
