GUWAHATI: Pursuing an order that the Supreme Court of India had passed on March 6, 2025, the Gauhati High Court issued an order today directing all subordinate courts in Assam to dispose of the pending execution petitions within six months without fail, or else the presiding officers concerned will be answerable to the high court.
