Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi Extend Wishes on 'Raksha Bandhan'

GUWAHATI: Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi conveyed his greetings to the people of Assam on the eve of Raksha Bandhan. In a statement, the Governor said, "Raksha Bandhan is an occasion which celebrates the special bond between sisters and brothers, the bond which makes our society a unique one," a press release said.
