Assam: IAS, IPS and ACS officers shuffled in state

Guwahati: A reshuffle among IAS, IPS and ACS officers has been ordered by the state government, with the issue of several notifications by the Department of Personnel. Several officers were also given additional charges.

According to an order, Hivare Nisarg Gautam, District Commissioner, Hailakandi, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Chief Minister's Office.

In turn, Abhishek Jain, Joint Secretary, Chief Minister's Office, is transferred and posted as District Commissioner, Hailakandi.

Adil Khan, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Excise Department, Welfare of Minorities Development Department (addl.), Barak Valley Development Department (addl.), and Irrigation Department (addl.), is also posted as Project Director, Assam Resilient Rural Bridges Program (ARRBP), as an additional charge.

Anbamuthan M P, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, PWD (Roads), Project Director, ARNIP and ASRIP (addl.), CEO, GMDA (addl.), & Managing Director, Assam Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation Ltd. (AUIDFCL), is also posted as Project Director, Assam Disaster Resilient Hill Area Roads Development Project (ADRHARDP), as an additional charge.

Also, Bimal Deka, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, General Administration Department & State Protocol Officer, General Administration Department (addl.), is also posted as Managing Director, Assam State Warehousing Corporation, as an additional charge.

Dr. Lakshmanan S, Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Assam, and MD, Guwahati Smart City Limited, and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department (CMAAA), is also posted as Managing Director, AMSCL, and Commissioner of Food Safety & Drugs Administration, Assam, as additional charges.

Dr. Robin Kumar, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Health & FW Department, Managing Director, AMSCL and Director (i/c), Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam, is relieved from the charges of Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Health & FW Department, and Managing Director, AMSCL and substantively posted as Director (i/c), Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam.

Dr. P. Uday Praveen, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Industries, Commerce and Public Enterprises Department and CEO, CMAAA and Director, Innovation, Incubation and Start-ups (addl.) and Drawing & Disbursement Officer (DDO) of the Directorate of Innovation, Incubation and Start-ups (addl.) & Director, Agriculture (addl.), is transferred and substantively posted as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Agriculture Department and Director, Agriculture as an additional charge.

Dr. P. Uday Praveen is relieved from the charges of Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Industries, Commerce and Public Enterprises Department, and Director, Innovation, Incubation and Start-ups and Drawing & Disbursement Officer (DDO) of the Directorate of Innovation, Incubation and Start-ups. Moreover, he is relieved from the charge of CEO, ?????.
