Assam: MoRTH Approves Funds for Silchar-Jiribam NH

GUWAHATI: The Union Ministry of Roads and Highways approved Rs 1186 crore for a 13-km stretch of NH-37 from Silchar-Jiribam. This corridor will enhance connectivity between Meghalaya, Assam and Manipur by linking Imphal through the Jiriban-Silchar road.
