Assam: Social worker arrested for post on Lord Sri Krishna’s marriage

NAGAON: Dulal Bora, a well-known social worker and founder of Akoni Xahitya Xabha, was arrested by Samaguri Police on Saturday night for writing a controversial post about Lord Krishna's marriage to Rukmini on social media. According to reports, Bora's post sparked widespread outrage and condemnation on social media, leading to his arrest at his residence near Garmur Masjid around 2 am. The police registered a suo motu case under various sections of law.
