Barpeta Xatra donates land for mosque and burial ground

BARPETA: In a humanitarian gesture towards communal harmony, Barpeta Xatra -a historical indigenous social institutional centre has donated five bighas of land for a mosque and burial ground here in the Barpeta district. The land has been donated to Mandia Jame Mosque Iddgah Committee.
