Blockade after ga attack

zira, July 5: Organizations of Geleky in Sivasagar will enforce an economic blockade tomorrow after ga miscreants attacked and injured an Assamese woodcutter inside Geleky forest this afternoon. Twenty-five year old Samsul Haque was rushed to Assam Medical College and Hospital in Dibrugrah. He sustained multiple injuries in the head, hand, waist and neck. Haque had gone to collect wood inside Geleky forest near Singibeel when he was accosted by a group of armed ga miscreants. Though he tried to escape, he was chased down. Sources said Haque was attacked by the miscreants despite the presence of ga policemen in the vicinity. The place is not far from the Singibeel Assam Police battalion camp.
