CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on ULFA talks

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that talks with the ULFA are underway. An intelligence officer received a letter from the 'outfit' recently regarding the dialogue. However, we could not ascertain the authenticity of the letter as yet.
