Congress announces party candidates for three seats

GUWAHATI: The Congress has announced party candidates for the following three seats going to the polls in the first phase on March 27: Bhaskar Jyoti Baruah from Titabar, Bharat Narah from Naoboicha, and Padam Lochan Doley from Dhakuakhana (ST), informed sources.
