Drugs worth Rs 13 crore recovered in Karimganj district

GUWAHATI: BSF jawans and police personnel recovered contraband tablets worth Rs 13 crore from the Nilam Bazar area in the Karimganj district today. The personnel also arrested a drug peddler in that connection.

The peddler kept 2.50 lakh tablets buried inside his house. It is the biggest-ever drug haul in the state.
