Good work always pays off, says CM Sarbananda Sonowal

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has said that good works always pay off.

Talking to the media on Sunday, the Chief Minister said, "The people of the State mandated the BJP-led alliance once again for the good works the government did in the past five years. The people of the State were convinced with the works we did in the past five years. We express our deep gratitude to the people of the State for keeping faith in us.

"Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave much importance to take Assam forward. In the past five years, we tried to take his mission to take the State forward.

"We hope to fulfill the aspirations of the people of the State in the coming five years."
