Guwahati: Srimanta Sankardeva Award Event Postponed

Guwahati: The Srimanta Sankardeva Award 2023 event, which was originally scheduled to be held in Guwahati on April 25 and the award to be presented by President Droupadi Murmu to noted Odissi and Bharatnatyam dancer Sonali Mansingh, has now been postponed. An official communique said that the programme has been deferred for unavoidable reasons. A revised date for the award presentation ceremony will be communicated in due course of time, it said.
