Hatidhura BDO Bhupen Das suspended in Kokrajhar district

GUWAHATI: The State Government suspended Hatidhura BDO Bhupen Das in the Kokrajhar district with immediate effect. A few days back, the BDO was arrested for his alleged involvement in the criminal offence of misappropriation of government money by submitting irregular bills fraudulently when he was the BDO of Goreswar Development Block in the Baksa district.
