How to get a learner's driving licence online? Check Here

Do you want a driving licence (learner) without having to visit the DTO office? You have the online option open. Log on to https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan. Follow the steps – click online service, select driving licence-related services and locate your state. Then you will see contactless licence services. You have to select 'issue of learner's licence'. There you will get instructions of application submission. Click the word 'continue' and select the category of vehicles. Giving the proof of e-KYC submit your application via Aadhaar authentication by including your Aadhaar number. You will then get an OTP on your mobile set. Upload your signature and pay the fees. You can sit for the test online. If you qualify the test, you will get the link of learner's licence in your mobile. You can download it.
