Information about PM-Kisan Nidhi

The listing of farmers eligible for getting the benefits under the PM-Kisan Nidhi is currently going on. Interested eligible farmers can contact AEAs (Agriculture Extension Assistants), ADOs (Agriculture Officers), and DAOs (District Agriculture Officers) of their respective districts concerned. They can also dial PM-Kisan SPMU, Assam’s toll-free number: 0361-2800213.

The primary feature of this Yojana is the minimum income support it provides to farmers. Each eligible farmer family is entitled to receive Rs.6000 per annum across India. The amount is divided into three equal installments and meted out four months apart.
