Information about Scholarship for minority girls

Here is a scheme for girl students belonging to the minority communities and reading in classes X, XI and XII in any secondary schools of Assam, including the private ones.

A beneficiary student reading in class-X will get a one-time payment of Rs 2,000 and such students studying in classes XI and XII will get Rs 4,000 each. The last date of receiving applications for the scheme is December 17, 2020.

The application format for the scheme is available at www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in or https://dsescholarship.amtron.in.

The link of the application has to be uploaded on the first page of your bank account. The application should have a certificate issued by the head of the respective educational institution.

The applications will be verified by district-level committees. The eligible candidates will get the amounts deposited in their respective bank accounts through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
