INFORMATION: Scholarship for differently-abled students of Assam

An annual scholarship is given to differently-abled students from classes IX to XII reading in government and provincialized educational institutions of the State.

Each student of classes IX and X of this category is paid Rs 4,800 and that of Class IX and X is paid Rs 6,000 annually. The aspiring students should be of the academic session 2020-21.

For the application form and other details, one may visit the Directorate of Secondary Education, Kahilipara in Guwahati or Inspector of Schools of one's district or www.madhyamic..assam.gov.in. The application form can also be obtained by sending a message 'PH FORM' to whatsapp number 9435776767.

The aspiring students should have own bank accounts, submit a copy of physical disability certificate, a passport-size photo, and other relevant documents along with the application form offline or online before October 31, 2020.
