Magnitude 4.9 earthquake jolts Guwahati and parts of Assam

Guwahati: An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 jolted Guwahati and other parts of Assam at 4.01 pm today.The epicentre of the quake was located at Gyelpozhing, Bhutan, at a latitude of 27.163 and a longitude of 91.240, at a depth of 5 km, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).
