Mixed response to Assam bandh

Guwahati, May 7: The 10-hour Assam bandh on Thursday against the central government’s decision to hand over the state’s land to Bangladesh evoked a mixed response. The bandh called by the Asom Ga Parishad (AGP) failed to impact the movement of trains and flights. The bandh also failed to drew a major response in the city. IANS
