Old Saraighat Bridge will Remain Close from June 5 for Repair & Rubber Pitching

GUWAHATI: The Old Saraighat Bridge will remain closed partially from June 5, 2021, for repair. According to NF Railway sources, the rubber pitching over the road portion of the bridge will be repaired in stretches. Traffic movement is open. Only half a portion of the bridge will be blocked at the time of rubber-pitching work that will be done during the curfew hours.
