GUWAHATI, June 21: The Additional District and Sessions Judge Kamrup has sentenced Amitabh Sinha, Superintendent of Police, Goalpara, to two years imprisonment and pay a fine of Rs 50,000 with reference to a custodial torture case. He was later granted bail.
