Rakesh Paul's bail plea rejected by Gauhati High Court

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court on Wednesday rejected the bail plea of former APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) chairman Rakesh Paul once again. Paul is the prime accused in the cash-for-job scam in the APSC.

The bail was sought in connection with the case registered at the Bhangagarh Police Station, which relates to irregularities in appointing the ADOs (Agricultural Development Officers) in Agriculture Department.
