GOHPUR, Aug 16: A rare tortoise has been rescued from the possession of two poachers in Kaziranga National Park sixth addition under Biswanath Chariali on Wednesday. Acting on a tip-off, Range officer of Kaziranga northern range Pranjal Baruah led the operation and apprehended Intaz Ali and Isar Ali for their involvement in tortoise trafficking.
