GUWAHATI: The State Home Department has transferred and posted DCP (Central) Akshat Garg as DCP (East) and transferred and posted DCP (East) Surjeet Singh Panesar as Commandant of the Fourth Assam Commando Battalion (Ops), Geleki. Fourth Assam Commando Battalion (Ops) Commandant Amitabh Basumatary has been transferred as DCP (Central).
