Assam State Government Appoints Samir Sinha as Principal Secretary to Assam CM

GUWAHATI: The Assam State Government gave Samir Sinha the additional charge of the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Assam on Monday. Paban Barthakur, who was holding the post of Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Department of Transformation and Development & Cultural Affairs. On the other hand, Samir Sinha has been relieved from the additional charge of Health and Family Welfare and Reforms and Development Department.
