WARNING: More hailstorms forecast

Guwahati, April 20: Thundersquall with wind speed exceeding 60 kmph accompanied with hail is very likely to occur at isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, galand, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura in the next 48 hours, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned. "Heavy to very heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places over Aruchal Pradesh on April 21 and 22 and at a few places on April 21 and at isolated places on April 22 and 23 over Assam & Meghalaya," it said.
