Zubeen Garg Case May Go to CBI if Required: Assam CM

Guwahati:  During a media address on Thursday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the government may hand over the probe into singer Zubeen Garg’s death to the CBI if required.

At present, the CID is investigating the case. “There will be no compromise in ensuring justice,” Sarma said, amid growing public demand for transparency.
