2nd edition of Assam Book Fair started today at the Assam Enginnering Institute field in Chandmari. It started with the playing of Assam's state anthem. More than 150 outlets have taken part including publishers and sellers from multiple countries. 12 publication houses from Bangladesh are taking part. Assam Prakashan Parishad mentioned that multiple new books will be published during this event. It will continue for 12 days till January 9
