Assam Govt Fulfilling Promises: Girl Students Queue up to Register for Scooties

It was a happy Monday morning for girl students of Assam. Many of the girl students who had cleared their Class 12 in first division had queued up in front of two-wheeler dealers to submit their relevant documents and see if they are eligible to get a scooter under the Assam government's Pragyan Bharati scheme. Under the scheme, Assam government has promised to give a scooty each to each of the girl student who have passed their Class 12 with first division marks.
