Diganta Das has designed an innovative Amphibious bike that can operate both on the waterway and land routes. Diganta hails from Jogighopa in Bongaigaon district. Graduated in Science from Goalpara College. Earlier surprised everyone when he converted a simple cycle into an electric bicycle. Used some waste materials like wood, thermocol, tyres and some unused household electronic materials. A resident of a flood-hit zone, he thought about a vehicle. That would aid in travelling through the flooded roads. Accordingly, he came up with the idea of this special bike. On Diganta's agenda next is a new amphibious car
