Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has claimed to have done a lot to change the face of Dima Hasao district. In his address at a function in the hills district on Wednesday, Sarma said that his government would leave no stone unturned to uplift the district on all fronts. He said that the peace accord of the rebel outfits with the state and Centre has paved the way for development in real sense of the term.
