Flash floods hit Assam! Here are some scenes of the devastation

Assam suffered its first wave of Flash Floods this year. With more than 30,000 people facing floods in districts of Lakhimpur, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Darrang and Goalpara. 127 villages have been affected and 579 hectres of crop land already under water.
