Forest Department Team from Assam unable to meet Joymala

The forest department team from Assam sent to fetch Joymala- the tortured elephant in Tamil Nadu that has been in the news- has run into a wall, being unable to meet Joymala.

As the elephant is in private hands, it has now been decided that the team camping there would approach the High Court for an order, said PCCF, Assam.
