Man found dead on railway tracks in Biswanath

A body of a man was recovered from Railway tracks at Behali Bedeti train station in Biswanath on Tuesday.

According to sources, the deceased person has been identified as Bijit Nath from Biswanath Chariali.

Locals suspect that a train ran over the person. The police team arrived and started investigation.

Bijit Nath was studying M. Phil at the Bodoland University, he was returning home. Speaking to the media, a person said, "Train ran over the person. A worker found the body and informed the police.
