In a routine check carried out at around 10 PM by Assam Police.12- wheeler was confiscated in Borgang of Bihali. 23 live and 1 dead bull were recovered from the vehicle. The vehicle was reportedly going from Gohpur towards Tezpur on NH 15. It bears registration no. NL 02 Q 7983
Apparently the driver left the vehicle and fled. Police have begun an investigation into the matter
.. and the dead bull was sent for autopsy.
