Assam GNMEE is an examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various 10+2 level subjects for admission into the General Nursing and Midwifery programs.
The Directorate for Welfare of Tea and Ex Tea Garden Tribe, Govt of Assam conducts this exam every year for admission into various government and private nursing colleges of Assam.
Every year thousands of aspirants appear for this competitive exam to pursue their dream of becoming a nurse. This year’s exam is expected to be conducted in March, and the official website: www.ssuhs.in. needs to be checked on a regular basis.
Only female candidates can appear for the Assam GNMEE, and the maximum permissible age should be 24 years as of 1 January 2021.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum qualifying mark of 40% from any stream.
GNMEE which is usually conducted in offline mode is for 100 marks and is in both Assamese and English language.
The question paper contains a total of 100 questions of 1 mark each; with 25 questions each from English, General Science, Social Studies and General Mathematics.

Assam GNMEE 2021 registration starts from the 4th week of February, and ends by the last 2nd week of March
The application procedure of Assam GNM 2021 is completely online, and candidates require a valid email ID and phone number.
The registration amount for the GNMEE is an online payment of Rs.1000/-, and the candidate needs to download the application form with the confirmation number form for future reference.
