MOSDENG SERMA

It is primarily a tangy tomato chutney prepared with berma, red chilli, and garlic to add the deep flavours to the dish.

BHANGUI

A delicious food made with rice. Sun-dried Rice is Mix with Ghee, ginger, Onion. Then this mix is filled with cone shape banana leaves which gives an amazing aroma and flavor to this food.

KASOI BWTWI

An oil-free dish from Tripura Cuisine, prepared with Beans, fermented fish Berma, Garlic, and Other Spices.

WAHAN MOSDENG

A pork dish which is quite famous among the Tripurian people. This amazing delicacy is prepared with pork, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli. The roasted green chilli adds the perfect aroma and spice to the dish.

MUI BOROK
