AMIT PANGHAL
The Indian flyweight boxer from Haryana, qualified to enter Tokyo Olympics as the world number 1. He won a gold medal at the Asian Games, 2018 and the Boxing World Cup in 2020.
MANISH KAUSHIK
A 25 year old hails from Haryana, qualified for the Tokyo Olympics. He won a silver medal in the lightweight division of Commonwealth Games, 2018. He also won gold medal at the 2017 National Boxing Games in the same weight category.
VIKAS KRISHAN YADAV
An Indian boxer in the 75-kg category from Bhiwani district in Haryana. He is the second such sportsman to qualify for Olympics for the third time.
MARY KOM
Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom from Manipur, she the first Woman Boxer to win six World Amateur Boxing Championship title and the first Indian woman boxer to win an Olympic Medal in 2012.
SIMRANJIT KAUR
Hails from Ludhiana, the first female boxer from Punjab to qualify. She was the bronze medalist at the 2018 World Championship and a silver medalist at the 2019 Asian Championship.
ASHISH KUMAR
Ashish belongs from Himachal Pradesh, qualified for Tokyo olympic under Men's Middleweight category.
SATISH KUMAR
He hails from Uttar Pradesh, etched his name in history by becoming the first pugilist from the country to qualify in Olympic Games in the super heavyweight category (91 kg and above).
LOVLINA BORGOHAIN
Ace boxer from Golaghat district of Assam, represents India in the 69kg welterweight category. She is going to be the first female athlete from Assam to represent India in the Summer Games.
POOJA RANI
Born in Haryana, Pooja achieved tremendous success in the Senior National Championship in 2012. She was silver medalist in the 2013 Asian Championship and gold medalist in the 2019 Bangkok Asian Championship.
