Duliajan Assembly Constituency is located in Upper Assam in the district of Dibrugarh. It falls under Dibrugarh Lok Sabha Assembly. It is situated around 45km east from the city of Dibrugarh. Duliajan is a major town in Upper Assam contributing to the development of North-East India having major oil fields and companies.

Duliajan Assembly Constituency bears the assembly constituency number 118. Terosh Gowalla of BJP party won the Vidhan Sabha election in 2016, with the maximum number of votes and the runner up was Dhruba Jyoti Gogoi of INC party.
