Early Life

Debajit Adhikari, son of Late Gagan Chandra Adhikari, is a resident of House no.9, Srimantapur LP School Road, Bye Lane 3, Bhangagarh, Guwahti, in the Kamrup (Metro) district of Assam. He is married to Madhusmita Saikia Adhikari and is blessed with two sons and a daughter. He is 48 years of age. 

Education

He is B.A. (Hons.) in Assamese, from Arya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati in the year 1995. 

Career and Politics

Debajit Adhikari is an Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) candidate for the 2021 Assam Assembly election from the Chaygaon constituency.
